For a good start into 2016, I would like to publish a new post in “My getting slim” category. You may find it of interest, as it lets you know a secret of mine: I do not have any sweet treats for dinner, except a piece of fresh fruit or two tbsp of stewed fruit. In other words I set aside my piece of cake, my pudding or any other dessert and have it for breakfast on following day. It works that way. This tip, among others, has enabled me to lose 48 pounds within a year.
