This week, I would like to propose you a sweet recipe with no flour, but with chocolate for anyone who likes it sweet. Pumpkin in it wasn’t a problem for my little family.
- 300 g/10.6 oz pumpkin cooked in little water, then mashed
- 60 g/2.12 oz sugar
- 3 eggs
- 160 g/5.64 oz dark chocolate
- 60 g/2.12 oz mild butter
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted oven).
Melt chocolate and butter. Set aside.
Mix eggs and sugar until smooth. Stir in the melted chocolate and butter mixture, then add mashed pumpkin. Further mix, then pour into a cake tin.
Bake for 30 minutes or so. Check baking with a knife.
Serve lukewarm or cold.
