Pumpkin and chestnuts with spices for chorba - Fruity Veggie Cathy

Ingredients:

  • pumpkin
  • 1 jar of chestnuts
  • spices for chorba (mainly: chili, tomato, celery, cilantro, parsley, pepper)


Method:
Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds from it. Cut pumpkin flesh in small dice and cook them in little water. Cover with a lid. Regularly stir until pumpkin dice are tender. Mash them with a fork. Add chestnuts and spices. Stir. Serve hot.
